The real story behind the lychee cider. Andrew & Linda have quite a few lychee trees on their farm at Kuttabul. Each year the Brew Crew suggest we brew a lychee cider. The response is usually, sure, if you pick and peel them yourself. It must have been delirium of the Christmas season that made Linda decide to pick lychees in the pouring rain, battling masses of green ants then spend the day peeling and deseeding lychees for cider. ‘
